With reference to the data of the project ‘Sino-Singapore Eco-City’ in Tianjin, China (Chen, W., and Li, L. 2021. “Incentive contracts for green building production with asymmetric information.” International Journal of Production Research, Taylor & Francis, 59(6), 1860–1874.), we derive the basic cost data. To investigate the transaction process of collusion, we further interview the practitioners of the projects under construction in eastern China. Based on the survey, we assume the side transaction cost and the supervisor’s bargaining power.
