Description

Nine psychoactive drugs (amitriptyline, bupropion, carbamazepine, citalopram, clozapine, duloxetine, fluoxetine, lamotrigine, and venlafaxine) were detected in sediment and water by the DGT devices. The data includes the measurement of diffusion coefficient (D) by stack method and cell diffusion method, adsorption experiment tests for DGT materials, and Sepra-ZT binding gel, DGT-induced concentrations in water and sediment (by depth), and three-fraction concentrations in sediments. The Matlab fraction transformation model file is included. The DGT devices were deployed and replaced after 1, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, and 21 d. For fast-desorbing fraction in sediment, the samples were extracted at the time interval of 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 1, 3, 10, 24, 48, 96, and 250 h.
