Fluorite deposits in the Zhejiang Province, southeast China: The possible role of extension during the late stages in the subduction of the Paleo-Pacific oceanic plate, as indicated by the Gudongkeng fluorite deposit. The new data include: 1) Sm–Nd geochronology of the deposit; 2) zircon U–Pb geochronology of the syenogranite host rocks in the Linghou Granite, their Hf isotope signatures, and whole rock geochemistry; 3) trace elements and fluid inclusions of the fluorite deposit; and 4) the Sr–H–O isotope systematics of the fluorite.
