In this study, a low temperature stress experiments was conducted on juvenile M. rosenbergii. The transcriptomes for the hepatopancreas and muscle in CS, CT and control groups were analyzed using RNA-seq. Fig.1. shows the frequency distribution of spliced transcripts and unigene lengths for the transcriptomes. Fig.2. is the heat map of clustering of DEGs for the transcriptomes. Fig.3. shows the heat map of overlapping DEGs clustering of CS, CT and control groups based on the for the transcriptomes of the hepatopancreas and muscle.
