Data accompanying the following paper: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/27814508/ Files: - 500FG_hostEnvironmentFactors.xlsx --> the main host and environmental characteristics used in the paper - 500FG_cytokineProductionCapacity.xlsx --> cytokine production after stimulation (in whole blood, macrophages and PBMC) with various pathogens and compounds in vitro. Columns are named for example "C. albicans conidia_Macrophage_24h_TNF-a", starting with the stimulus used, the cell-type used, duration of stimulation and cytokine measured. All measurements are in pg/ml. - 500FG_inflammatoryMarkers_PlasmaSerum.xlsx --> markers of inflammation used in the paper - 500FG_immunoglobulins.xlsx --> immunoglobulins (IgG, IgA, IgM, IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, IgG4) - 500FG_steroidHormoneDataSel.xlsx --> testosterone, progesterone and Vit. D Each volunteer has been an identified starting with "HV" (healthy volunteer) followed by three digits.
