These datasets include supplementary data for the experiment and numerical results for coagulation of colloidal particles under low shear rate conditions. Datasets consist of the following items: Table 1 - Evolution of the median floc size, d, with the non-dimensional time t* for the shear rate 0.45 s-1 and 1.41 s-1 under the quasi-equilibrium state. Table 2 - Relationship between floc size (d), normalized with primary particle size (d0), and shear rate for the Polystyrene latex particles under the oscillating-grid turbulence at the quasi-equilibrium state. Table 3 - Relationship between floc size and shear rate for the Polystyrene latex particles and silica particles under the oscillating-grid turbulence at the equilibrium state.
