Description

The data is collected from school teachers on their perception of principals' leadership styles and their personal commitment. There are seven dimensions of leadership styles namely; Transactional Task, Transactional Reward, Transactional Intervention, Transformational Supportive, Transformational Recognition, Transformational corrective, and Transformational expectation. There are three dimensions measuring the personal commitment of teachers namely; commitment to self-development, commitment to student development, and commitment to institutions' development. Total scores or mean scores could be used for analysis. The dataset does not deviate from normality based on skewness and kurtosis test and is reliable based on Cronbach alpha values
