u-2 os cells were co-transfected with different concentrations of short oligo RNAs encoding just the frameshift sequence (FSO), a scrambled FSO sequence (Scr), or the boxB stem-loop sequence (BB), together with either the +FSS MF tag or -FSS control tag. Cells from Figure 2C were used to compare 0microgram addition. Maximum projection images of ~13z slices.
