Oral cancer cell CCK8 and Scratch Assay

Description

The data shows the results of experiments conducted to assess the effect of a plant lectin on oral cancer cell proliferation and migration, using the CCK8 assay and scratch assay, respectively. Varying concentrations of the plant lectin were used along with an untreated and positive control. Three technical replicates and three biological replicates were included in each experiment.
