Perceived Stress and Exercise Addiction in Army Reserves
Combat, no-combat and controls were compared on perceived stress and exercise addiction, as well as exercise characteristics: frequency, duration, intensity. Combat reserves differed from the others on all measures. Perceived stress predicted a large proportion of the variance in exercise addiction.
