Description

Data to reproduce the results in the paper titled "Optically stimulated luminescence detectors for dosimetry and LET measurements in light-ion beams" in Phys. Med. Biol. (2023) The OSL data is divided into two parts: 1) the raw pulsed-OSL (POSL) data is available under POSL_data/, where the .binx files can be opened with different softwares, e.g. the Risoe Analyst. The sample names in the .binx files point to the data in the data frame. 2) the data frame "OSL_data.csv", where each line is the processed data from a single OSL detector. The columns in the data frame are detailed in the file "dataframe_structure.txt", and also contain e.g. the dose measured at the OSL position with an ionization chamber and the Monte Carlo simulation results at the OSL position.

Steps to reproduce

A minimal working example (MWE.py) is included to demonstrate how the data frame can be used to plot the results.
