Flow and Affect After Aikido Training

We measured positive- and negative affect before after several (at least three) aikido training sessions to examine changes in these measures,. We also assessed flow after aikido training in 53 aikidokas. There was a decrease in negative affect an increase in positive affect after training and the practitioners experience substantial flow as pr retrospective assessment.


Steps to reproduce

Measure the above mentioned variable before and after aikido training. Asses flow after training.
