Data from a pre vs. post 3-arm study with Self Body Brushing (SBB), Mindfulness-Oriented Meditation (MOM) and inactive controls (CTR). Self-report measures employed: Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) questionnaire and the 8 scales of the Multidimensional Assessment of Interoceptive Awareness (MAIA) questionnaire.
