Steps to reproduce

This randomized, double-blind trial was conducted at Guangzhou Women and Children's Medical Center (Oct 2024–Oct 2025). Eighty patients undergoing gynecologic single-port laparoscopic surgery were randomly assigned to receive periumbilical infiltration with either liposomal bupivacaine (266 mg/20 mL) or ropivacaine (0.2%/20 mL).QoR-15 score at 48 hours (primary outcome)，Pain scores (NRS) at rest and during ambulation，opioid consumption and rescue analgesic use，adverse events, hospital stay, and patient satisfaction were recorded
