This data present the seismic performance and behavior of Unconnected Fiber Reinforced Elastomeric Isolators (U-FREI) devices as base isolator in Reinforced Concrete Thin Walls (RCTW) buildings using the Real-Time Hybrid Simulation (RTHS) technique. RTHS is a physical-cybernetic testing methodology that allows a dynamic system to be substructured into numerical and experimental components. In this data, isolated RCTW buildings are evaluated under four seismic events (El Centro, Kobe, Loma Prieta, and Morgan) with a maximum acceleration of 0.70 g.
