Description

seed-based analisys amygdala 2nd level (one- , two-t test); raw seed-based amygdala data, raw fmri data, ROI connectivity parameters, raw scores of questionnaires All participants underwent three scanning sessions: one session on the first day, a second session after 24 hours, and the third session seven days after the first one. In order to eliminate the possible influence of fear in the brain activity of participants who might have been experiencing MRI for the first time, or those who were afraid of or uncomfortable with the MRI procedure, we took data only from the second and third sessions ('days') for use in the test-retest reliability analysis and additional statistical comparison of the FC patterns between scanning sessions. For this reason, we refer hereinafter to the second scanning session (day) as the first analyzed session, and to the third session (day) as the second analyzed session.
