Level of satisfaction of patients who are receiving out-patient physiotherapy services

Evaluation of patient satisfaction about outpatient physiotherapy services helps in identification of areas for improvement which eventually enhance patient outcomes and service delivery. This study aimed to determine the level of satisfaction among out-patient physiotherapy services. An online survey study among out-patient physiotherapy department was conducted. Using purposive sampling, 400 patients were included in this study. A self-developed questionnaire was used for data collection, which content 15 question to assess the level of satisfaction of out-patient physiotherapy. Among 400 out-patient availing physiotherapy department, the present study assessed that more than half (70.8%) of the participant were satisfied after taking physiotherapy opd services This study concluded experiences of out-patient’s physiotherapy satisfaction and provides some evidence regarding the factors that contribute to patient’s pleasure. A high level of patients' happiness with physiotherapy assistance was found.
