Description

In this Dataset, a total of 4,003 spice samples were collected from nine spice categories across various locations in Bangladesh, including grocery stores, homes, and other sources. The spices were carefully documented and categorized to create a comprehensive dataset for accurate classification. The distribution of spice samples is as follows: • Star Anise: 404 samples • Red Chili: 460 samples • Onion: 462 samples • Indian Bay Leaf: 481 samples • Green Chili: 432 samples • Ginger: 412 samples • Garlic: 599 samples • Cinnamon: 468 samples • Cardamom: 285 samples After augmentation a total of 20,015 spice samples, the distribution of spice samples is as follows: • Star Anise: 2020 samples • Red Chili: 2300 samples • Onion: 2310 samples • Indian Bay Leaf: 2405 samples • Green Chili: 2160 samples • Ginger: 2060 samples • Garlic: 2995 samples • Cinnamon: 2340 samples • Cardamom: 1425 samples
