This dataset contains the raw and processed experimental data supporting the manuscript titled “SLC35E2b deficiency and T-cell impairment increase susceptibility to Mycobacterium marinum infection.” The data include: Flow cytometry — T-cell and myeloid cell analyses from wild-type (WT), Slc35e2b^-/- and nude mice infected with M. marinum. Histopathology images (.tif) — Representative hematoxylin and eosin (H&E) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) images of infected skin and organ tissues. Infection model photographs (.jpg) — Gross images of mouse infection models showing lesion development, ulceration, and healing progression following M. marinum infection and thymopentin treatment.
