AGGsim.f95 is Fortran95 code to calculate the growth of oligomers by coagulation for specified values of the initial monomer concentration, the oligomer fusion rate scaling factor R0, the rate enhancement factor for small oligomers E0, and the threshold oligomer size for enhancement Nth. AGGfit.f95 is Fortran95 code for optimization of R0 and E0 for a series of Nth values in order to fit experimental time-resolved light scattering data obtained at 1.5 mM Abeta40 peptide concentration. The experimental data are represented by a function of time that is described in comments in the code.
