Steps to reproduce
The code for the (generalized) linear mixed models and post hoc ANOVA can be found in the TMS_cognition_code_HH.R. After revision, additional code was added to perform one-sample t-tests with normative data, plot symptom score trajectories, plot Z-score trajectories, perform LMM with Z-scores. This code should be used in combination with the root/data/data.R file and TMS_cognition_Z.xlsx file. Steps are described in the code, including outlier detection, level 1 modeling, level 2 modeling, and plotting the results. Variable descriptions can be found in the root/data/data.xlsx file (sheet: variables).
