Description

The data of participants in prospective study "Clinical Pregnancy Rate in Frozen Embryo Transfer Cycles at an ART centre" deposited as part of MCh Reproductive Medicine and Surgery thesis. This study comprised of participants undergoing Frozen embryo transfer between period of July 2020 to Dec 2021 in the Department of Reproductive Medicine and Surgery, Government Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram for analysis of clinical pregnancy rate and factors affecting successful outcomes.

Steps to reproduce

After institutional ethical approval, written informed consent was taken from participants according to inclusion criteria and demographic and clinical characteristics were recorded. The ovarian stimulation details were recorded. After endometrial preparation, embryo and endometrial details were noted. Embryo transfer was done and luteal phase support was started. Participants were followed with serum beta hCG test and those >25mIU/ml underwent a scan to detect intrauterine sac.
