H&E histology images of rat pancreas (×200) and heart (×400) after 10‑day oral Vitex doniana extract (1500 & 3000 mg/kg). Pancreas: normal in all groups. Steps to reproduce

Male Wistar rats (n=3/group) received oral distilled water (control), 1500 mg/kg, or 3000 mg/kg Vitex doniana leaf extract daily for 10 days. Pancreas and heart were fixed in formalin, paraffin‑embedded, sectioned at 5 µm, and stained with H&E. Images: pancreas ×200, heart ×400, ≥300 dpi.
