This dataset contains 4164 reviews. Single and multiple opinion terms are extracted from the dataset and mapped to aspect categories. There are 10 predefined categories including APP UI, App functionality utility, Company service, Service quality, service person attitude customer support, cost service schedule, and payment Each aspect in the review is then mapped to one of the two sentiment classes positive or negative. Dataset was collected by scarping the mobile app reviews of a service providing company using python libraries
