Description

Original Western Blot images for H3K79me2 and H3 in sorted splenic NK cells from WT or DOT1L.Ncr1 mice. WT in first lane, KO in second lane, marker in last lane.

Steps to reproduce

sorted cultured NK cells from spleens of WT or DOT1L.Ncr1 mice. 4 µg was loaded and used ab1791 for H3 and ab3594 for H3K79me2. Sonndary: goat anti-rabbit 680. Read on Typhoon.
