Description

To explore how TME components regulate tumor cell fate plasticity through intricate cellular interaction networks, and thereby induce ICB resistance in MIBC, we performed scRNA-seq on 11 tumor samples obtained from 6 MIBC patients, covering distinct anatomical regions. Additionally, we conducted spatial transcriptomics on freshly collected specimens from 4 of these patients. We performed multiple bioinformatic analysis and employed in vitro functional assays to validate our findings.
