2013 TSA detector dog genotypes

Description

A historical cohort containing 296 Labrador Retriever genotypes. These dogs were fostered and run through detector dog tests then either accepted to or eliminated from a training program. The phenotype included is elimination from the program for behavioral reasons.

Steps to reproduce

This is a historical dog cohort incapable of being replicated - it was a combination of Labrador Retrievers from a 25 year detector dog breeding program and TSA dog sourcing. Analysis of the data is capable of being reproduced as per the associated publication (to be referenced).
