All data in this paper were extracted from 673 patients with complete information in the department of obstetrics and gynecology of Shanxi Bethune Hospital from January 2014 to May 2020,The data collection took Wei Shanchen and Zhou Bohui three months to complete,Wang Li is in charge of data cleaning. The data of 673 patients were divided into control group and thrombosis group according to whether thrombosis occurred. Propensity Score Matching (PSM) analysis to eliminate interference factors. The matched data were divided into single factor and multi-factor, establish a nomogram model and internal verification

Steps to reproduce

We mainly analyzed the factors affecting the occurrence of postoperative thrombosis in patients with gynecologic malignancies in this study, and collected data from January 2014 to May 2020 from the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, Bethune Hospital, Shanxi Province, with complete information on 673 cases, including patients' age, BMI, stage and grade of the disease, preoperative related laboratory indexes (D-D, AT3) and The data included patients' age, BMI, stage and grade of disease, preoperative relevant laboratory indexes (D-D, AT3) and surgery-related indexes (operation time, intraoperative bleeding). Using PSM, uni-variate and multi-factorial analysis of the data, establish a nomogram model and internal verification,the fully exploit these data to help guide clinical thrombosis prevention.
