This is a qualitative and quantitative data. There are two types of data one is physicochemical raw data which is gathered from study site and another type of data is cell count data which is generated from microscpic observation. All physicochemical parameters and cell count data were interpreted with the help of PAST software version 4.03. CCA was performed to determine the relationship between phytoplankton taxa and physicochemical parameters. Karl Pearson's Correlation coefficients were calculated between physicochemical parameters and total phytoplankton abundance and p-value less than 0.05. The data are collected every month and figured out in every season.
