This repository contains the de-identified analytical dataset, metadata, bilingual data dictionary, codebook, reproducible R scripts, and supporting documentation associated with the study Antiretroviral Therapy Adherence Among Sexual and Gender Minority Men Living with HIV. The dataset includes 208 participants and 81 variables covering sociodemographic characteristics, HIV-related clinical variables, treatment adherence assessed with the Simplified Medication Adherence Questionnaire (SMAQ), lifestyle assessed with the FANTASTIC MEX-A questionnaire, derived analytical variables, and metadata required for reproducibility. The repository follows FAIR data principles and includes a bilingual data dictionary, a comprehensive codebook, SHA-256 file integrity verification, repository metadata, and reproducible analysis scripts.

Steps to reproduce
Steps to reproduce Download and extract the repository. Open the project directory in R (version 4.5.2 or later). Install the required R packages listed in scripts/analysis_reproduction.R if they are not already installed. Set the working directory to the repository root. Run scripts/analysis_reproduction.R. The script imports the public analytical dataset, validates the repository contents, reproduces the descriptive, bivariate, and multivariable analyses, performs bootstrap validation, and exports the analytical tables to the results/tables/ directory.
