This dataset features 101 commonly asked questions from atopic dermatitis (AD) patients and the corresponding scores assigned to ChatGPT-4's generated responses. The responses were evaluated across eight languages: Traditional Chinese, German, Danish, French, Spanish, Polish, Italian, and Brazilian Portuguese. Dermatologists proficient in these languages assessed the responses based on accuracy, depth, completeness, and clinical relevance. Each evaluation was conducted using a 5-point Likert scale, where 1 indicates strong disagreement and 5 indicates strong agreement with the quality of the response.
