The 250703 file is from the original preprint (https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/40631338/), while the 260727 file is for the Molecular Cell manuscript after acceptance. Uncropped western blots and coomassie gels are in the PowerPoint file. For representative microscopy images, each figure is in the corresponding zipped folder (ex. "Figure 4.....zip"). An additional file "Additional western blots for Mendeley" was uploaded upon editorial request and contains raw western blot images for replicates in addition to those chosen for representative images (note: in some cases, these additional replicates were already pictured in the main Raw blots file).
