This data corresponds to the experimental operation of a horizontal packed bed thermal energy storage system composed of Chilean copper slags. The system operates at temperatures up to 560 degrees Celsius and is tested under different operating conditions (flow, charging time, and heating rate). Please consider the README file before processing the data. If the user wants to train a model, contact the corresponding author, Ignacio Calderón-Vásquez (idcalderon@uc.cl), to provide more information about the experimental conditions. More updates will be added to this Electronic Supplementary Data as we are in the peer review process for the model and the experimental analyses.
