Steps to reproduce

C3_EF_100ns.dcd is a representative trajectory obtained under a constant +0.4V electric field exemplifying a "lid-block" of the shaker K427D channel mutant by the Conk-C3 toxin. Simulation data were generated using gromacs 2019.4. C3_EF_100ns.tpr provides the initial frame of the simulation, while step7_production.mdp provides the parameter set used to propagate that state.
