Description

Chemical shift data for E.coli alpha tryptophan synthase for six variants in 4 different catalytic states, and MATLAB scripts to analyze chemical shift covariation analysis across the catalytic cycle. The program can be used to analyze chemical shift data from other protein and biomacromolecules to determine how their interaction networks change across different states.
