Steps to reproduce

MaxQuant parameters for protein identification were: MS and MS/MS tolerances of 20 ppm and 0.5 Da, respectively; two missed tryptic cleavages were allowed; PSMs were accepted at a 1 % false discovery rate (FDR) and trypsin was selected for protein cleavage. Carbamidomethylation were selected as static modifications, while Oxidation of Methionine and Acetylation of protein N-terminus were chosen as variable modifications.
