This exploratory study examines the influence of key attributes on online reviews from Google Reviews of Brazilian restaurants. By focusing on aspects such as ratings, prices, and types of cuisine, it was possible to identify significant patterns in customer preferences, such as the predominance of convenience in positive reviews. These results offer guidance for improving strategies in the gastronomic and tourism sector, contributing to a deeper understanding of the dynamics that affect consumer decisions, emphasizing the need to adapt to local contexts.
