This data summarizes mostly growth experiments conducted with Pseudomonas putida EM42 recombinants engineered for growth on cellobiose and xylose and for co-utilization of xylose with glucose or cellobiose. Data on enzyme activity measurements, determination of intracellular ATP levels, determination of growth parameters, and expression of recombinant genes are also included.
