Description

Data collection relies on Table I, which outlines Differentially Expressed circRNAs, and Table II, which details Differentially Methylated Sites associated with circRNAs. The differentially expressed circRNAs were identified by comparing the BCBM group with the BC group, with a fold change threshold of greater than 2 or less than 0.5, and a statistical significance of p < 0.05. The interpretation and usage of this data are available in the RAW folder.the raw data used to generate the figures, such as the gene expression data and western blots.
