Western Blot analysis was conducted on whole cell lysates from WT mES and KDM5C-KO mES cells with anti-KDM5c. Cells were lysed with 2X Laemmli Buffer and were loaded at various concentrations on 8% acrylamide gels and probed with anti-KDM5C antibody which has been described previously in Iwase, S., Brookes, E., Agarwal, S., Badeaux, A.I., Ito, H., Vallianatos, C.N., Tomassy, G.S., Kasza, T., Lin, G., Thompson, A., et al.
