Steps to reproduce

The rotation around the z-axis in Neutron is calculated manually from the equation for the equilibrium condition of Coulomb force and centrifugal force due to rotation.　 On the other hand, the equilibrium conditions of the Coulomb force and centrifugal force due to rotation in a neutral-Pion will be investigated by graphical analysis.
