Description

FINAL_DATASET contains the food items consumed in the UK in the year 2019, along with the nutritional values of each food item. SUB_DATASET contains all the data from FINAL_DATASET with an added row of mycoprotein data.

Steps to reproduce

Combination of data from FAOSTAT, Our World in Data and the McCance and Widdowsons dataset, which was produced by Public Health England. The food items and corresponding amounts were obtained from FAOSTAT for the year 2019. The emissions associated with each food item was obtained from Out World in Data and the nutritional values for each food item was obtained from the McCance and Widdowsons dataset.
