Description

In our current study “A relative permeability-resistivity index model for fractal porous media”, by means of fractal geometry theory, we develop an effective model to link the rock-electric and multiphase flow characteristics. The structural parameters are considered as the determining factors affecting the resistivity index and relative permeability. The new model sheds light on the significant effect of the pore structure and fluid distribution and provides an accurate method to obtain the relative permeability from the geophysical resistivity data.
