Description

This dataset allows to assess the full outcomes of the phylogenetic signal computed by K and Lambda metrics for the foliar spectral profile (wavelengths: 400-2450 nm) of regenerating plants in Neotropical Forest Gaps in the Southern region of Brazil. The results of the phylogenetic signal tests are provided for reflected wavelengths treated by splice correction (untransformed) and normalized by the first derivative (transformed).
