Description

These are the analysis data and codes for the publication Modelling the impacts of iodine chemistry on the northern Indian Ocean marine boundary layer by Mahajan et al (Atmos. Chem. Phys., 21, 1–18, 2021 https://doi.org/10.5194/acp-21-1-2021) The output folders contain the individual species outputs from WRF-Chem for the HAL, BASE and orgI scenarios as defined in the paper. The python code contains the code for the extraction of the data from the WRF-Chem output. The ship-based data used for the validation of the model outputs are in a subfolder called campaign_data The original WRF-Chem outputs are approximately 10 GB in size for each scenario, and are available on request as they were too large for the repository.

Files

Steps to reproduce

The codes in the folder will reproduce the figures and tables in the analysis folder. The WRF-Chem output files are 10 GB per scenario and are available on request.
