IL17A-producing T cells are key pathogenic cells in psoriasiform skin inflammation. To understand the differentially expressed genes and pathways of Il17a+ T cells versus Il17a- T cells in IMQ-induced mouse psoriasiform skin, single-cell RNA sequencing of immune cells in IMQ-induced mouse skin were performed and analyzed (original datasets were deposited at GSE205790). For GSEA analysis, 405 total T cells were divided into 2 groups, Il17a+(Pos, 72 cells) and Il17-(Neg, 333 cells), and the expression profiles for each cell were used as individual samples.
