This data contains information on a plethora of respondents from Malawi who provided their views and personal data on their intention to use mobile money, their continued adoption of the technology as well as various barriers and facilitating conditions for the application of mobile money technologies in their day-to-day life.

Steps to reproduce

A sample of Malawi's population that is exposed to mobile money technologies was sampled randomly to take their views and experiences to the application of such technology in their lives. Unit respondent of the data is thus an individual. The dataset contains various variables that capture different dimensions of mobile money as well as socioeconomic and sociodemographic factors including aspects of behavioral finance.
