Description

The processed dataset investigating the shoaling dynamics of three-spined sticklebacks swimming in an open channel flume at four velocities (denominated A, B, C, and D in the dataset). Various behavioral and kinematic parameters were quantified and are present in this streamlined CSV document. Shoals of 5 fish were compared to control conditions with a single fish.
