Steps to reproduce

The GRADE-ADOLOPMENT process was used to adopt (assimilating existing recommendations as is), adapt (modification of applicable recommendations with critical review), exclude (removing recommendations inapplicable to the local context), or add recommendations to source guidelines by a panel of local experts. Management and referral algorithms for primary care providers were derived using the recommendations found in the evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
