The regulating valve training set and test set data were gained from the results of H. Zhu regulating valve dynamic performance test. The regulating valve opening range is 10%-100%, and the step length is 10%. The pressure drop control range is 20-260 kPa, and the pressure drop step is 20 kPa. The flow rate range is 0.3-2.9 m^3⁄h.

Steps to reproduce
The water temperature of the test medium should be kept at 5-40 ℃. The pipe diameter should be controlled below DN40. The pipeline flow rate is designed to be 0.5-3 m/s. The pressure drop control range is 20-260 kPa.
